everytime i move about to print something, my printer says it's offline and immediately i really need to print something and i cant, can someone help out me please??

try turning it off and on. try disconnecting it from the notebook then reconnecting. reboot the computer. you can try to stop and restart the print spooler. to do this step into control panel-then administrative tool-then services-then scroll down the list till you see print spooler-double click that-now click stop-you will grasp a message from the computer-click ok-once it has stopped the spooler click start-once it have started try to print something. there may also be a button on the printer to set it on or past its sell-by date line .worse casing you can uninstall and reinstall the printer. hope one of htese works good luck
press the online button........it usually have a green button or a green light button which model of printer do you hold?
Sent something to the printer
A printer icon should appear within the system tray near the clock on the bottom right
Click on the statue and open it
Open the File menu
Make sure that "Work Offline" is not checked
Right click on Printer god and click on Set printer online.
