I own this printer and i tryed to print something and it told me the printer is unavailable and pick another printer and i dont know what to do i go into my add printers entity and tryed adding a printer and it told my that Operation Couldent be completed. The print spooler service is not running. What dose that anticipate what can i do to fix this?

It is a problem of the os not of your printer. Try to reinstall the printer on the system.
