If the reset button does not work, I'd later try re-installing the printer drivers ...may well be corrupted and not allowing information to be correctly transmitted to your PC
push the reset button on your printer
conceivably take them out and put them stern in again.
Another possibility is the use of "rebuilt cartridges" - they work but near most, the replace ink light will hold blinking.
Ya need to post a short time more info then that.

What mode of printer, what have you tried doing to fix the problem, are you sure the ink videotape is right for your printer?

If you havent done anything, did you remove the blue sticker over the cartridges contacts? Did you try shutting off your printer after the ink tape was installed?

Does your printer hold a reset button? Does your printer have a button that shows if the ink tape is empty or running low? Did you try restarting your computer, later try to print what you wanted to print again?
It depends on the printer.

First, remove your unsullied ink cartridge, did you remove the little strip of video

on the back? If no, remove that and re insert your ink cartage.

Then revoke your print jobs that are waiting or hold-up them.

Then turn your printer back on.
