Printer does not hold usb port and laptop does not have parellel port.
How do I connect a HP 4100 printer (about 4 yrs old) to a laptop? appreciation.?

you wont be able to directly connect. if you enjoy a home network, you can hook up the printer to another computer and print stuff sour from your laptop through the network. you might be capable of find some kind of adapter close to parallel to usb - i am not sure if that even exists though. sorry!
