how do i fix my printer that have ink but doesnt print?

You didn't mention what brand of printer, or even if it's an inkjet. Usually, it's a concern of dried ink on the print head. Remove the come first and soak it standing up in reheat water. Don't use the hottest hit water, but merely so it feels heat up to your skin. The lid of a jar works pretty well; you single want about an eighth of an inch of marine to set the head within. Leave it until the water feel cold (room temp) and then do it again. Should print purely fine after that.
You might try adjusting the print go before or going to maintenance within your printer setup and cleaning the print head. It's big-hearted of hard to diagnose your problem beside limited information. Try asking again and specify your printer make/model, etc.
If you re-filled your printer tape yourself you have to permit the ink soak in for give or take a few 1 hour then spread it some more and let that soak within. It takes roughly four soak ins before you really swarm the cartridge up. Other sagacious the reading the printer gets from it is still relinquish.
Have you updated the device drivers lately? Or if you have just now updated your computer to sp2 it causes problems wih "some" printers or other hardware.
