select manage

and afterwards device manager

and unistal it
I assume from quiz that the HP 4si is leaving streaks from the toner? If so collectively the tone has a 'flip' door that places the toner onto the charged dissertation. VERY CAREFULLy using a lint free, cloth you could wipe excess off the drum. Also the diffuser have a cotton wipe bar. That shaft is replaceable and will, over time, build up and leave foot-prints too. Replace it (every 10,000 miles..ha.ha). Then within general the longer a print is run the greater the buildup of toner throughout the internals. An over adjectives cleaning would help. Just remember that the toner is NOT nice...it get on everything and doesn't what to be cleaned. Take your time and be detailed so that when ur done ... all the streaks r gone.
if you enjoy uneven printout even do you replace your toner catridge the probelm is the fuser assy or the optical lens is dirty
