It is plugged into a power strip and it is on. When I press the power button, the power storm lantern does not turn on. Other things like my computer is also plugged into it as resourcefully but those work fine. My printer is about a year outdated and has not really be used before.
How come my printer is worn-out?
try unplugging it for a while and next replugging it.
Maybe thats the problem. You havent used it before so after a while the pallid goes out. It happen to mine. If its not printing or paper go through with nought in it re-fill the ink
It could be one of a few problems...
1. The power cord isn't plugged safe and sound into the printer. check both ends.
2. The power strip may have a insensible plug... It happens... try plugging the printer into a plug that you know is working near another device.
3. The power cord itself may be damaged..
If it's a Lexmark, clear sure the power supply is inserted fully. Any other brand make sure the power organize is pushhed home. If it's not that you need a spanking new printer because the power supply has slipshod
it is software problem reinstall and try again ...good luck
