again try the above and make sure at hand are no little bits of paper jammed surrounded by the trays - roller etc.



dis-connect the the printer from the PC -try printing a test page



if can not see any obstruction and will not print a test page - possible hardware slate with tour printer
It's possesed. Give it an Excorsism.
Sometimes this happen when the paper is not inserted fairly right. Try removing the paper, jostle it to get it squared up, and reinserting it. If you own to press a lever when you insert paper, be sure to do that.



If you enjoy a paper tray, remove the quality newspaper tray, remover the paper from the tray, jostle it, put the daily back within the tray, and put the tray back contained by the printer.
level it until that time you print
